From Chanakyapuri Niti Marg residences to Patiala House: Uber ₹120-180, 15-20 minutes. From Embassy of US area: similar. From IGI Airport: Uber ₹350-450, 30-40 minutes.
Patiala House has limited parking inside. Use the India Gate paid parking (₹50 for 4 hours) and walk 5 minutes. Driving from Chanakyapuri via Shanti Path and Akbar Road takes 15-20 minutes.
The Patiala House Court complex is a heritage building with quirky internal layout. The SDM Marriage Office is on the first floor of the administrative wing, accessible via the main staircase. Look for the bilingual signage. The marriage office has one application counter and one signing room. Office hours 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday (closed Sundays and second Saturday). Application submissions 10:30 AM - 1 PM and 2:30 PM - 4 PM. Signings 11 AM - 5 PM.
Arya Samaj Mandir on Mandir Marg (about 3 km from Patiala House) is the most-used mandir for Chanakyapuri cases. Fee ₹2,000-3,000. Drive to court post-ceremony: 12-15 minutes. Sarvadeshik Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Bhawan at Ramjas Road in Karol Bagh is the parent organisation's main mandir and is also widely used (15-20 minutes from Patiala House).
